Technical Data Sheet

HY21D Wax-free matting agent

Gloss: 10–60°
Wax-free outdoor matting agent are designed for improved adhesion and screen printing performance. It does not affect adhesion and supports recoating. It features a fine surface texture, good reproducibility, excellent performance, minimal fumes, and produces black powders with high blackness.
Added internally at 1-6%

HY217 Indoor/Outdoor curing accelerator

It eliminates yellowing issues of traditional imidazole/amine accelerators. Suitable for indoor/outdoor use, it has mild acceleration, minimal impact on leveling and enhances impact resistance and flexibility, with good adhesion and storage stability.
Added internally at 0.3-0.8%

HY21C Outdoor Matting agent

Gloss level: 5–60°
It has highly stable matting capability, strong matting effect, fine surface texture, good impact resistance, minimal fumes, and wide polyester selection tolerance.
Added internally at 1-6%

HY28A Outdoor Matting agent

Gloss: 8–60°
Low-concentration addition of matting agent achieves low gloss levels. At a dosage of 3%, it achieves gloss levels below 20°, featuring good reproducibility, excellent yellowing resistance, fine surface texture, good mechanical properties, and wide polyester selection tolerance.
Added internally at 1-5%

HY600 Outdoor Matting resin

Gloss: >1°
It is suitable for pure polyester systems requiring gloss levels above 1° (60°), offering fine and smooth surface texture, low gloss, good mechanical properties, and good reproducibility.
Added internally, 25% of the total polyester content.

HY24 External mixing matting agent

Applicable Gloss (60°): 20–70°
Effective for matting both indoor and outdoor powders, non-yellowing. It is suitable for gloss levels between 20° to 70° (60°), featuring low dosage, convenience, cost-effectiveness, wide polyester selection tolerance, and a flat, smooth appearance.
Mixed externally, 0.2-1%

T105 Hydroxyalkylamide curing agent

HAA. Non-toxic and eco-friendly, it serves as an alternative to TGIC and offers excellent yellowing resistance and low curing temperature at 160-180°C/15min.
5% for polyesters with acid value of 20-24
6% for polyesters with acid value of 30-35

HY219 Pharmaceutical-grade imidazoline

A traditional and classic accelerator that increases reactivity, shortens coking time, improves mechanical properties of coatings, though it may cause yellowing.
Added internally at 0.03-0.1%

HY216 Low-temperature curing accelerator

Low dosage, suitable for indoor/outdoor use. Compatible with polyesters, it has minimal impact on leveling and gloss, good adhesion.
Added internally at 0.1-0.5%

HY309 High-performance charging enhancing agent

Transparent flakes. It enhances powder charging, improves powdering rate, easy spraying, reduces reclaim powder. At 0.8% dosage, it aids leveling and pigment wetting.
Added internally at 0.3-1%

HY306 Groove powdering agent / anti-static agent

It solves poor coverage on complex-shaped parts and grooves by overcoming “Faraday Cage” effect. It can also serve as a conductive powder additive.
Added internally at 0.4-1.5%

HY8369 Full-effect powdering covering agent

It improves powder charging while resolving coverage issues in shadowed areas and electrostatic shielding.
Added internally at 0.3-1.5%
