Technical Data Sheet

HY150 Indoor Low-temperature matting resin

Gloss: 1–15°
Indoor epoxy systems achieves excellent mechanical properties at 120°C. It has smooth and refined surface texture, good coating applicability on temperature-sensitive substrates, good storage stability, and reproducibility.
Added internally at 10% by total formulation weight.

HY11A-1 Indoor Physical matting agent

Gloss: 3–60°
It features excellent yellowing resistance, low dosage, broad applicability, and good mechanical properties.
Added internally at 1-3.5%

HY11H Indoor Smoke-free physical matting agent

Gloss: 4–60°
It has minimal baking fumes, stable performance under low-temperature baking conditions. It is particularly effective for matting TMA-free polyesters, with low dosage demand, wide polyester selection tolerance, and has no adverse effects on screen printing, overprinting, or recoating.
Added internally at 1-3%

HY13D Inndoor Semi-chemical matting agent

Gloss: 2–60°
With ultra-low gloss level, it can replace M68 series. Simultaneously it offers excellent yellowing resistance, smooth and fine surface texture, good mechanical properties, relatively long coking time, and good storage stability.
Added internally at 1-5.5%

HY13F Indoor Semi-chemical matting agent

Gloss: 3–60°
It features low dosage combined with excellent matting efficiency, excellent yellowing resistance, smooth and fine surface texture, good mechanical properties, wide polyester selection tolerance.
Added internally at 1-4%

HY1310 Indoor Semi-chemical matting agent

Glossiness: 3–60°
Suitable for both 5:5 and 6:4 ratios in hybrid polyester/epoxy systems, with low restrictions on polyester resins and minimal matting agent addition. Ideal for powder coatings with a gloss level above 3 degrees, offering excellent leveling, impact resistance, stable gloss, and good powder storage stability.
Added internally at 1-5%
