Technical Data Sheet

It adjusts surface tension for smooth, glossy coatings, and has strong ability to eliminate pinholes and craters. Special groups enhance powder charging.
Added internally at 0.8-1.2%
Pure crystalline/powdered benzoin. It removes gases and eliminates pinholes/bubbles for flat coating appearance.
Added internally at 0.3-0.6%
Degassing, eliminates pinholes. It has excellent yellowing resistance, smooth and flat coating surface.
Added internally at 0.4-0.8%
The product optimizes surface tension to achieve a smooth, uniform, and high-gloss coating film; effectively eliminates pinholes and craters; enhances interference resistance. Special groups improve the electrostatic charging capacity of the powder and further increase the gloss of the coating.
Added internally at 0.6%-1.5%
The product effectively removes entrapped gases and low molecular weight volatile substances from the coating. In some formulations, the use of benzoin can be eliminated.
Added internally at 0.3%-0.5%
The product effectively eliminates pinholes and bubbles, improves flowability, increases spray coverage area, and enhances storage stability resulting from inadequate substrate preparation.
Added internally at 0.4%-1%
Does not affect the matting effect.Removes moisture pinholes on cast iron/aluminum. Boosts degassing, lowers benzoin. Increases hardness, scratch/wear resistance. Good compatibility. In spray application, eliminates moisture‑induced pinholes/pores on porous substrates.
Added internally at 0.4~1% Added externally at 0.2~0.5%
For materials such as cast iron, cast aluminum, and inadequately treated substrates, this defoamer effectively eliminates pinholes and air bubbles, improves powder flowability, expands spray coverage, and enhances storage stability.
Mixed externally or added internally at 0.4%–1%
During the powder melting process, it rapidly adheres to bubble surfaces and allows bubbles to float out of the coating, achieving defoaming. It can eliminate film pores and pinholes caused by moisture trapped in substrates with insufficient density, such as cast iron, cast aluminum, zinc-plated, and titanium‑magnesium alloy workpieces.
Added internally at 0.4%-1%
Added externally at 0.2-0.5%
It does not compromise surface clarity during overcoating or screen printing. It improves surface fullness and wetting properties, while facilitating deaeration and defoaming.
Internal extrusion: 0.6–1% of the total formulation.
The product, containing functional polymers, effectively enhances wetting between the coating film and the substrate, improves adhesion, increases water resistance, and promotes leveling.
Added internally at 0.5%-1%
Pigment covering dispersant adsorb onto pigment surfaces, displacing adsorbed substances such as air and water, which creates electrostatic repulsion or steric hindrance at the pigment surface, effectively preventing detrimental pigment flocculation. Therefore, the product is employed to improve and enhance the dispersion and stability of pigments in powder coatings.
Added internally at 0.5%-1%
