Brief Description
HY13D matting agent is a semi-chemical matting agent, suitable for the matting of mixed powder coating, small restriction on polyester, small amount of matting agent added, suitable for powder coating with more than 2 degrees of gloss. It has excellent leveling property, impact property, stable luster and good powder storage.
Typical properties: Industrial grade
Appearance: Milky white or light yellow powder
Solid content: ≥98%
Product Application
1 ~ 5.5% matting agent (1:2= matting agent: epoxy) of the total design amount of the formula is evenly mixed with other raw materials to participate in extrusion. The powder can be produced according to the powder production process. The specific dosage can be determined by experiment.

-The storage temperature is less than 30℃, the shelf life is 12 months. Beyond the storage date can be Re-test, if the result meets the requirements, it can still be used.

- Strengthen the powder production process control, extrusion feeding should be fast, extrusion temperature is low, extinction effect is stable.
- Different manufacturers of filler, polyester and the amount of added affect the luster, the matting agent and other formula components need a certain match.
