    HY320 High-efficiency flow aid and anti-caking agent

    Brief Description
    High-Efficiency Flow Aid & Anti-Caking Agent is an externally added flow additive that effectively increases inter-particle flowability and significantly improves the powder fluidization value. It prevents powder coating caking, enhances powder looseness, and improves spray atomization, thereby increasing first-pass transfer efficiency (application rate) and improving powder coating storage stability.

    Product Application
    Add 0.1-0.3% of the total formulation weight of High-Efficiency Flow Aid & Anti-Caking Agent externally to the powder coating chips and grind together during the milling process.

    Storage Requirements
    Store sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity, and keep away from ignition sources and heat. Prevent caking. Storage temperature should be below 30°C. The shelf life is 12 months. Products beyond the storage date can be retested; if the results meet requirements, they can still be used.

     

    Notes

    1. For optimal results, control the addition level of hygroscopic materials in the powder coating formulation.
    2. Adjusting the resin specifications and fillers can also yield improved performance.
