Brief Description
Dry flow agent is an internally added flow agent that is convenient to add during the mixing stage. It increases the fluidity between powder particles, prevents caking, improves powder looseness, and enhances spray atomization. This results in improved first-pass transfer efficiency (application rate) and better powder storage stability.

Appearance: White or light yellow powder
Solid Content: ≥98%

Product Application
Add 0.2-0.5% of the total formulation weight of Dry Powder Flow Agent. Mix uniformly with other raw materials in the mixer during powder coating production, then extrude through a screw extruder, flake, crush, and sieve.

Storage temperature should be below 30°C. The shelf life is 12 months. Products beyond the storage date can be retested; if the results meet requirements, they can still be used.
Notes
1. For better results, use in combination with fumed silica.
2. Adjusting the resin index and fillers can also yield improved performance.
