    High-Quality Anti-Scratch Wax is a white modified polyethylene wax with excellent cold resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance, offering a wide range of applications. In powder coatings, it enhances smoothness, anti-blocking properties, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and mar resistance. It effectively inhibits pigment settling, increases system fluidity, improves surface leveling, and enhances powder storage stability.

    Product Application
    Add 0.3-0.6% of the total formulation weight of High-Quality Anti-Scratch Wax. Mix uniformly with other raw materials and co-extrude. Process according to standard powder coating manufacturing procedures. The specific dosage can be determined through experimentation.

    Storage Requirements
    Store sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity, and keep away from ignition sources and heat. Prevent caking. Storage temperature should be below 30°C. The shelf life is 12 months. Products beyond the storage date can be retested; if the results meet requirements, they can still be used.

    1. The dispersibility of the wax within the system significantly impacts its effectiveness; therefore, dispersion should be maximized.
