HY305 Sandblasting Powder Thickener
Brief description
Sand texture powder generally cannot be applied too thickly; excessive thickness will result in a pinhole-like or honeycomb-like surface, which is particularly severe around the edges of the workpiece. The sand texture powder thickener HY305 is a special composite polymer that functions as a dispersant, enhances powder deposition and film thickness, and achieves a fine and uniform surface in powder coatings.

Volatile content: ≤0.5%
Product application
It is suitable for all types of powder coatings such as polyester, epoxy, epoxy-polyester hybrid, etc.
Mix and disperse evenly the sand texture powder thickener HY305 accounting for 1-1.5% of the total formulated design amount together with other raw materials, then proceed with production in accordance with the powder manufacturing process. The specific dosage shall be determined through experiments.
